Prior to pioneering Med‑Com, Kathryn was engaged in a leading role with Southern Cross Medical Care Society as their in-house senior sales representative, responsible for the implementation and management of corporate health insurance schemes, together with consulting to select private clientele. This gave her insight to how it is possible to deliver better value and service to business owners and their staff, which in turn increases productivity and well-being across the workforce.
She had a stint abroad in a front-line consultancy position, for South Africa’s largest bank – Standard Bank, which built upon many years in account management within the medical and health insurance industry where she acquired extensive customer relations, sales and marketing experience. She has proven advocacy skills representing the interests of clients across a wide range of medical insurance matters, in both personal and business affairs.
Her expertise and ability to articulate policy, offers clientele the clarity and assurance they require to understand their health insurance contracts, without confusion, particularly at claim time. Having an eye for detail and solid analytical skills – allows Kathryn to design solutions, that reflect client’s business and personal circumstances – every time.
Graham plays an integral role assisting in the management of Med-Com’s operations, and ensuring that clients receive the support that they deserve in a timely manner.
An entrepreneur with a background pioneering a range of diverse businesses in both the New Zealand and Australian market, including Pace Couriers (NZ) as founder/director, Graham aims to maximise the benefits and value for health insurance services supplied.
Graham has a natural ability to communicate with a broad range of personnel, and is known for establishing relationships from the shop floor through to senior management with ease.
We offer a free and impartial consultation to assess your workplace health insurance requirements. This is how we find out if we can help. We can only do so once we have an insight to your needs. Should we become your appointed workplace health insurance adviser, in virtually 100% of cases, we are paid commission by the insurer, not you. This is also true when we take over a group scheme from another adviser or an account manager.
In the few cases where there is no commission payable or we are not the appointed adviser, we reserve the right to charge a fee for services provided. We will also advise you prior where charges may apply.
