Most claims will be dealt with directly with the insurer but on the rare occasion an insurer falls short of settling the claim satisfactorily, our team will get involved and fight the case, if we believe the claim is justifiable. On many occasions we have advocated strongly on behalf of a client and achieved a satisfactory outcome for our clients.
